We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data Luxury Mobile Homes processes when you use this website, request a reservation or list a mobile home, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

  • Reservation requests: name, address, country, e-mail, phone, selected mobile home, dates, number of guests, message to the owner, order and proforma numbers. We do not process card data – payments are made by bank transfer directly to the owner.
  • Contact and application forms: the data you enter (e.g. name, e-mail, phone, message, location of your mobile home).
  • Owner accounts: name or company, contact details, address, tax and bank details (IBAN, BIC) shown to guests for payment, listing texts and photos, reservations and statistics.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, date and time of access, stored in server and security logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Handling reservation requests and forwarding them to the owner – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Owner accounts, listings and the owner dashboard – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Answering enquiries and owner applications – steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Legal retention and accounting obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Security, fraud prevention and technical operation – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

4. Recipients

  • The owner of the booked mobile home receives your reservation data to handle your stay. For the stay itself the owner acts as an independent controller.
  • Guests receive the owner’s name, contact and bank details needed for payment.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf: web hosting, e-mail delivery, Cloudflare (content delivery and security) and, with your consent, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics).
  • Authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google, Cloudflare) may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

  • Reservation data: for as long as needed to handle the stay and as required by accounting and tax law.
  • Enquiries and applications: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
  • Owner accounts: for the duration of the account and afterwards as required by law.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to info@luxury-mobilehomes.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence or in the country of our registered office.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to persons who need it for the purposes described above.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
